The company is negotiating ownership and development rights for the
locations in Jeddah with (5,000,000), to be called as Maram 1.
In the meantime Dar Zeema is involved as top tier development manager
approved by major banking and finance institutions and investment houses
in Saudi Arabia for real estate investment trust.
Dar Zeema welcomes all interested world class master planners,
projects & construction management group and finance & investment groups
